As I open a book I wrote a long long time ago
sifting through the pages that have grown so tired and old
listening to the stories that have already been told

they are like news to me
they are brand new it seems

If i tell a story
would you understand, that where I was, is not where I am

If I tell you a story
would you understand, that who I was, is not who I am

Can we erase all these pages of our story, and start again…
